I live in San Antonio and a local woman who happens to be a schizophrenic gives birth to a baby boy. No intervention from social services happened. She was diagnosed postpartum psychosis, still no intervention. A couple of weeks later, the woman goes to the hospital for hearing voices and hallucinations. Still no intervention. Two weeks later the woman decapitates and cannibalizes her month old son. Where in the heck was the social worker in this case?
